RPA SOLUTION ARCHITECT

Experience Level: Senior (Minimum 7 years of RPA and solution architecture experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished RPA Solution Architect with a minimum of 7 years of comprehensive experience, including a strong focus on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and hands-on expertise in UiPath. As the RPA Solution Architect at Robotiqs AI, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering cutting-edge automation solutions that drive operational excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the strategic design and architecture of RPA solutions, leveraging your deep understanding of UiPath, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
2. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize automation opportunities, and provide expert guidance on RPA best practices.
3. Translate complex business requirements into robust RPA solutions using UiPath, from process design to deployment and ongoing optimization.
4. Evaluate existing processes and systems to determine their suitability for automation, and propose process improvements and automation strategies.
5. Design and implement integration solutions to connect UiPath automation with various enterprise systems, databases, APIs, and web services.
6. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to cross-functional development teams, guiding them through the architecture, development, and deployment phases.
7. Conduct performance testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of UiPath-based RPA solutions to ensure peak performance and reliability.
8. Collaborate with enterprise architects and IT teams to ensure seamless alignment of UiPath-based solutions within the overall technology landscape.
9. Stay current with the latest UiPath developments, RPA trends, and emerging technologies, and drive their adoption within the organization.
10. Contribute to the development of automation strategies, roadmaps, and governance frameworks, serving as a subject matter expert in UiPath.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 7 years of combined experience in RPA development, solution architecture, and a strong focus on UiPath.
3. Proven expertise in designing and delivering end-to-end RPA solutions using industry-leading platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism), including process design, development, and deployment.
4. Expertise in programming and scripting languages (e.g., Python, C#, Java) for creating advanced automation scripts and integrating with external systems.
5. In-depth knowledge of business processes, systems integration, and data exchange protocols.
6. Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide development teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to address complex technical challenges.
8. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
9. UiPath certification(s) and additional solution architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF) are highly desirable.
10. Familiarity with AI, machine learning, process mining, or cognitive automation is a strong advantage.
